Job Description
The Clinical Relationships Manager is a true ambassador of business excellence.
The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the healthcare professional and community engagement and education programs across a designated portfolio; identifying initiatives to improve and grow the referrer base and therefore improve the overall patient experience.
The Clinical Optometrist is responsible for participating in patient consultations, assisting in the diagnosis and management of patient conditions.
Working proactively with Doctors and all team members to ensure optimum team performance that reflects patient centered care and a culture of excellence.
Leveraging VEI resources and systems, success will be built upon a collaborative work ethic, strong internal relationships and the ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities in the pursuit of transforming our patient’s lives.
