  • Assist with patient intake, billing, and scanning of medical records.
  • Support smooth clinic operations by helping with general administration tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high standards of patient care.
  • Adhere to privacy, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.

Our teams support leading eye surgeons in a fast-paced, professional environment, with a strong focus on service excellence, teamwork and continuity of care across our Adelaide sites.

  • A working knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with private health insurance processes (advantageous but not essential).
  • A natural ability to communicate clearly and compassionately, both over the phone and in person.
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating patient management systems (experience with Genie is a bonus).
  • A genuine team player mindset—you enjoy supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace.
  • Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and the legal right to work in Australia.
